Guide the team on hygiene and food safety We are hiring a **Nutrition Technician** to support quality control, food safety, and production organization routines, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and the company's quality standards. We seek a responsible, organized professional who works well in a team. **Responsibilities:** * Support the nutritionist in unit routines; * Monitor food preparation, storage, and distribution; * Verify compliance with good handling and hygiene practices; * Control food expiration dates, storage conditions, and quality; * Monitor inventory and assist in input control; * Complete spreadsheets, records, and control reports; * Guide the team on hygiene and food safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Nutrition; * Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity; * Residence in Limeira; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Work Schedule:** * 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM (6-day workweek with 1 fixed weekly day off and 1 Sunday per month) * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6-day workweek with 1 fixed weekly day off and 1 Sunday per month) **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Dental Plan (fully covered by the union); * Tip Bonus; * On-site meal.
