Practical Test Stage: Candidates will receive a text related to the Kitchen Assistant role and, after reading it, will have 10 minutes to write a brief statement describing how they identify with the position, thereby demonstrating literacy. Afterwards, candidates will attend an individual interview lasting approximately 20 minutes covering daily activities in the role.
