Job Summary: The Hospital Kitchen Assistant supports the preparation and distribution of meals, adhering to hygiene, food safety, and specific dietary requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Work in an environment requiring attention to specific diets The Hospital Kitchen Assistant is responsible for assisting in meal preparation and distribution, strictly complying with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and patients’, staff’s, and visitors’ specific dietary requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation according to guidance from the nutrition team; * Perform food cleaning and cutting (vegetables, fruits, meats, etc.); * Assist in meal assembly and distribution; * Wash utensils and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen; * Comply with health surveillance regulations and good food handling practices; * Support inventory control and proper food storage; * Follow instructions from the responsible nutritionist, respecting hospital diets. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant (preferably in hospitals, clinics, or industrial kitchens); * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. **Work Location:** Hospitals in Greater São Paulo Salary: R$1\.933,20 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
