All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitoring and controlling the deployment of brand-new vehicles and the decommissioning of vehicles scheduled for replacement. * Monitoring and handling all maintenance-related matters for vehicles (contacting suppliers, receiving quotations, entering data into the system, contacting drivers and managers to update status). * Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails linked to fleet license plates). * Authorizing reserve vehicle releases. * Managing and requesting documents from drivers involved in accidents or incidents. * Contacting third-party drivers to explain Movida’s internal procedures and provide status updates. * Direct communication with internal departments responsible for customer-requested actions. * Receiving lease measurements and additional charges for analysis and forwarding to customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (college degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred and in progress) * Prior experience in customer service or administrative operational routines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks * Experience in car rental, fleet management, or related areas is desirable **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
