This role is essential to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers, facilitating the achievement of their fitness and health goals. * Responsibilities: * Assist with student reception, ensuring quality, courteous service. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment and common areas within the academy, promoting a safe and pleasant environment for users. * Support marketing activities and promotion of academy events, collaborating in content creation and promotional material development. * Participate in student orientation regarding available services and proper equipment usage, helping foster an inclusive and welcoming environment. * Report equipment and facility maintenance needs to the supervisor. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of customer service and basic gym operations. * Clear and effective communication skills, with emphasis on interpersonal relationships. * Ability to work collaboratively and multitask, handling diverse demands in a dynamic environment. * **Educational Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Physical Education.** * Professional Experience: Prior experience in customer service or gyms will be considered a plus. * Knowledge and Skills: Practical knowledge of fitness and wellness, basic understanding of health and nutrition, ability to resolve simple problems, and interest in personal and professional development within this field. **Location****Contract Model****Work Model** Alegrete, RS, BR Internship On-site
