Immediate Supervisor Role: Financial Analyst Department: Finance Desired Behavioral Profile: Executor/Analyst **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for supporting financial activities, including budget control, financial performance analysis, preparation of reports and forecasts, and participating in financial decision-making processes by providing information and analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** * Perform bank reconciliations. * Prepare periodic financial reports. * Monitor and analyze financial performance. * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget. * Assist in cash flow management. * Record accounts payable entries. * Forward invoices to accounting. * Verify supplier billing amounts against purchase orders. * Record accounts receivable entries. * Issue bank payment slips based on sales orders. * Issue invoices. * Update the daily cash flow spreadsheet. * Reconcile credit card receipts with the bank account. * Interact with colleagues from other departments and participate in meetings. * Record financial transactions and manage electronic and printed documents. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Educational Background * Business Administration * Accounting * Management / Managerial Processes Experience as a financial analyst required Full confidentiality and discretion regarding company information; full attention to prevent errors and losses.
