In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: * Prepare meals to be served at the school according to the menu, recipes, and established procedures. * Receive and properly store food supplies. * Prepare meals using appropriate techniques for each type of food item. * Apply principles of cleanliness, hygiene, and food utilization. * Organize and manage the storage area for materials and food supplies, verifying stock levels, condition, and shelf life. * Carry out and maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and dining areas, including equipment. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of used equipment and materials. * Report to your immediate supervisor any need for repairs to kitchen utensils and equipment. * Periodically prepare the shopping list for products and utensils and submit it to the nutritionist and/or management. * Coordinate daily routines and activities in the kitchen. * Properly separate waste. * Perform other related tasks as needed. * Interact with students whenever possible or as required. **To qualify for this position, you must have:** **Education:** Completed high school. **Preferred:** Training in good food handling practices. **Work location:** Almirante Tamandaré. **Working hours:** 44 hours per week (schedule to be defined). **Benefits:** ?
