In Brazil, we are 47,000 talents building a purpose-driven future.** We are seeking a professional to support unit management, ensuring the execution of contracted services in the food segment, with attention to quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop action plans, formulate strategies, and create and implement innovative initiatives to optimize unit performance; * Monitor all qualitative and quantitative results of the unit and/or processes under your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and improve unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in the technical and behavioral development of team members, overseeing onboarding, providing accurate daily task direction, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Support daily cost analysis, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; * Work in a large-scale corporate-sector operation with an average daily volume of 1,000 meals. **Key Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Valid driver's license; * Personal vehicle (preferred). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Benefits that care for you completely** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
