Perform food pre-preparation and preparation (cutting, cooking, finishing). Ensure quality standards, flavor, and presentation of meals. Control preparation and distribution timing to meet operational schedules. Supervise and guide kitchen assistants. Manage inventory, food expiration dates, and storage. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of the kitchen. Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (ANVISA). Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
