Learn more about this opportunity. **Requirements to apply for this position:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition or Gastronomy; Master’s or Doctorate required. * Teaching experience in higher education. * Experience in academic management, course coordination, or educational leadership. * Knowledge of educational policies, current legislation, and evaluation processes (MEC, ENADE, national guidelines). **Your daily responsibilities as an educator:** * Coordinate, plan, and monitor academic and pedagogical activities of the course; * Ensure the quality of teaching, research, and extension projects; * Guide and supervise faculty regarding the development and implementation of teaching plans, methodologies, and assessments; * Promote collaboration among faculty, students, and administrative departments; * Monitor academic performance indicators and propose improvement actions; * Actively participate in institutional evaluation processes, course recognition, and re-recognition by the MEC; * Represent the course in institutional and external meetings; * Encourage the development of innovative, interdisciplinary projects focused on students’ holistic development; * Support initiatives related to student recruitment, retention, and employability; * Ensure the PPC (Pedagogical Course Project) remains updated and compliant with current regulations. **Work model for this position:** This position requires: 100% in-person work. Schedule: 100 hours per month \- Tuesdays through Fridays.
