Ability to work in a team, organization, and agility We are seeking a **Cook** to work in the school kitchen, ensuring proper meal preparation, compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and contributing to healthy and balanced nutrition for students. **Responsibilities** * Prepare meals according to the menu established by the nutritionist, following quality and portioning standards. * Clean, cut, and prepare food in accordance with good food handling practices. * Operate kitchen equipment (oven, stove, industrial pots, blender, etc.) responsibly. * Monitor cooking time, cooking process, and food temperature. * Maintain organization of utensils and work surfaces. * Strictly comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and internal school procedures. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience as a cook, preferably in schools, daycare centers, or high-volume kitchens. * Knowledge of good food handling practices (GHP). * Ability to work in a team, organization, and agility. * Availability for scheduled working hours. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with child or school nutrition.
