Control production quality and animal management. **Description** The foreman at CFSO will be assigned to Fazenda Furna Azul, located in the municipality of Vila Nova dos Martírios – MA, and will be responsible for supervising and managing agricultural workers and activities, production, maintenance and animal welfare, as well as ensuring task execution and regulatory compliance, coordinating the team, planning work schedules, controlling production and management quality, and performing basic maintenance on equipment and facilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate and guide the team in daily tasks, organize and monitor operational routines to ensure correct implementation of animal management and nutrition, ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPEs, control inputs, tools, and equipment, record information, convey instructions, and report incidents, support the team in practical demands whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience as a foreman or in operational leadership; Team management skills; Organization, responsibility, and good communication skills; Knowledge of field / livestock / agro-industrial routines (according to your context).
