Maintain confidentiality of the company's financial information FINANCIAL ASSISTANT POSITION Job Objective: Assist in treasury routines, including verification of received amounts (cash, PIX, cards, and other payment methods), monitoring of financial transactions, and updating internal financial systems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with the company’s financial procedures. Responsibilities: Verify received amounts (cash, cards, PIX, bank slips, checks). Perform daily cash closing. Update financial systems with resource inflows and outflows. Record and verify payment receipts. Organize financial documents and physical/digital files. Identify discrepancies and report inconsistencies to the immediate supervisor. Comply with internal financial control and audit standards. Maintain confidentiality of the company's financial information. Mandatory Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. Prior experience in cashier, treasury, or finance routines. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). Familiarity with financial management systems (ERP). Basic knowledge of cash flow.
