Main Responsibilities: Supervise feedlot nutritional planning to ensure optimal animal production performance. Monitor feed manufacturing, distribution, and feeding management, ensuring compliance with nutritional protocols. Track zootechnical indicators, such as dry matter intake, average daily gain, feed efficiency, and batch performance. Analyze results and propose adjustments to nutritional strategies to optimize production and reduce costs. Lead and develop the operational nutrition team, providing guidance on feed formulation, diet distribution, bunk management, waterer cleaning, and organization of the feed mill and feedlot. Conduct daily assessments of feed intake, ingredient quality, bunk scores, and animal performance to support technical decision-making. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and internal company policies. **Requirements:** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields. Experience in beef cattle nutrition within feedlot systems. Experience managing operational teams. Knowledge of diet formulation and management, feed manufacturing, and zootechnical indicators.
