**PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKER** **with focus on Property Manager / Maintenance Manager** **Refers to 2 positions** In our organization, the work of Property Managers / Maintenance Managers is multifaceted and varied. You will work in teams closely with tenants, and every team member bears full responsibility for ongoing external and internal property maintenance within a geographical area. This primarily includes garden maintenance, cleaning, repairs, etc., as well as certain administrative tasks. We prefer applicants to have at least upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on horticulture, and experience operating gardening machinery. We would like you to have experience in garden maintenance and performing repairs. Computer proficiency and administrative skills are required for this position. Your personal qualities are important to us. Therefore, we seek someone who is positive and outgoing, demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, is versatile, and possesses high work capacity. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You must also understand and possess the ability to place the customer/tenant at the center. The position is based in Österäng, but you may be required to work in our other areas as needed. This is a full-time position. Start date is by mutual agreement. A valid driver's license is required. Prior to employment, you will undergo a health examination including accompanying drug \& alcohol testing conducted by our occupational healthcare provider.
