If you receive any payment request or job offer outside Gupy, please be cautious — this is not part of our recruitment practice. **Responsibilities and Duties** **You will be responsible for:** **Maintaining and evolving internal AI platforms** * Keep operational the agent orchestrator, Slack integrations, scheduled jobs, webhooks, dashboard services, and the workflow/automation platform. * Evolve codebases (Python, Node.js 20\+, TypeScript, MongoDB, Express, React) with quality — code reviews, testing, CI/CD. * Independently diagnose and resolve production incidents: log analysis, root-cause isolation, and fixes without regressions elsewhere in the ecosystem. * Provision new agents, workflows, and integrations requested by teams, connecting them to internal systems (Jira, HubSpot, Notion, Zendesk, GitHub/GitLab, analytical databases). * Lead the active migration of legacy n8n workflows to the internal workflow platform without disrupting operations. **2\. Primary point of contact for AI development tools** * Serve as the internal authority on AI development tools (currently Claude Code): manage access, licenses, and costs; configure repositories (CLAUDE.md, rules, agents, skills, MCPs); provide developer support and training. * Continuously improve AI-assisted development practices in engineering, evaluate alternatives (Codex, Antigravity, Cursor, etc.), and recommend tool changes when justified — without attachment to any specific tool. **3\. Enabling AI adoption across business areas** * Support non-technical teams (Marketing, People, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, etc.) in building AI-powered automations and solutions: understand pain points, suggest or build the right tool, and unblock usage. * Translate "I want to use AI" into functional automations, acting as a bridge between business pain points and technical solutions. **4\. Innovation radar and build vs. buy recommendations** * Closely monitor the market (new models, SDKs, MCP servers, generative AI media tools) and form structured opinions on what merits adoption. * Run rapid proofs of concept to validate technologies before scaling, issuing clear assessments (adopt / test / buy / ignore). * Formally recommend build vs. buy decisions based on cost, fit to use case, and solution maturity. * Proactively propose new AI initiatives for business areas instead of waiting for requests. **5\. Governance, security, and cost management** * Manage credentials, OAuth tokens, and ecosystem security (cryptography, agent guardrails, LGPD compliance). * Establish and maintain governance over tools and data access: minimal permissions and scopes per agent/integration, human-in-the-loop requirements, audit trails, and periodic reviews. * Monitor LLM usage and cost metrics, optimize consumption (caching, model selection, token control), and report trends to Technology leadership. **6\. Dissemination and evangelism** * Promote standardized AI tool usage across both technical and non-technical teams, measure impact, and identify areas where AI remains underutilized. * Serve as an internal reference point to clarify what is feasible, what is hype, and what poses risk. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect from you (requirements):** * Solid production experience with **Python** \+ **Node.js \+ TypeScript** (backend). * **Advanced use of AI development agent tools** (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor, or equivalent) — not just using them, but configuring them, building automations, and teaching other developers. * Experience with **MongoDB** (or equivalent NoSQL) and **REST APIs**. * Prior experience building or operating **LLM integrations** (Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, tool use / function calling, system prompts). * **Strong debugging skills**: log analysis, root-cause isolation, and resolution of production incidents under pressure, without causing side effects elsewhere in the ecosystem. * Proficiency in Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), and Docker. * **True autonomy**: serve as the technical reference for the ecosystem, without relying on a large support team. * **Genuine curiosity about AI**: follow releases, experiment with new tools, and form independent opinions as a natural part of your work. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, capable of explaining innovation to non-experts and bridging business pain points with technical solutions. **Knowledge that sets you apart (differentiators):** * Deep expertise in **Claude Code** (skills, subagents, hooks, slash commands, MCP servers, Claude Agent SDK), with comparative experience across AI agent tools (Codex, Antigravity, Cursor). * Experience with **MCP (Model Context Protocol)** — building or operating MCP servers. * Hands-on experience with **generative AI media tools** (image, video, audio, voice: Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.) to support Marketing, Content, and Communications. * Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI or equivalents). * Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), especially in migration contexts. * Kubernetes, observability, and operation of long-running systems. * React (for internal web dashboards). * Experience leading evaluation and adoption of SaaS/market tools within a company (informal RFP, PoC, rollout). * Experience training and evangelizing AI tools across both technical and non-technical teams. * Strong understanding of LLM cost optimization (caching, model selection, token control). **Additional Information** **CAJU Card**, monthly credit of R$ 1\.059,00 distributed across categories: Meal, Food, Mobility, Health, Home Office, Culture, and Education; **AMIL S450 Health Plan – Eligible**, with 30% co-payment for consultations and exams and 40% for emergency care; extendable to legal dependents (spouses and/or children up to age 24); dependent fees are deducted from payroll.
