Throughout our journey, we have developed systems for various areas, always focusing on **innovation, quality, and efficiency**. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Web Solutions and Customer Support Intern** to join the **New\-I** team. We seek someone curious, communicative, and interested in learning about **corporate customer service and web technology**. The intern will interact directly with customers, assist in organizing requests, and support the technical team with testing, validation, and minor implementations. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **first-level customer support** via WhatsApp and ticketing system; * **Organize and track tickets**, keeping queues updated according to project priorities; * **Analyze new requests**, interpreting requirements and identifying whether customer follow-up, additional clarification, or technical escalation is needed; * **Validate and test deliverables**, ensuring quality before final release; * **Participate in customer meetings**, preparing and maintaining **meeting minutes and tracking schedules**; * **Execute internal tickets** using the Back Office system; * Engage in **junior development**, performing simple fixes, adjustments, and programming improvements (Level 1\); * **Collaborate with the technical team** on web solution development, contributing to continuous improvement of New\-I’s systems. **Desirable Requirements** * **Basic knowledge of:** ASP, ASP.Net, C\#, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP * **Operating Systems:** Windows * Familiarity with **databases (SQL Server)**; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; **Hiring Details** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (1 day per week at the office – Alphaville, SP); * During the first months, you will participate in an **intensive training program with the team**, requiring more in-person days — an excellent opportunity to learn, exchange experiences, and immerse yourself in New\-I’s daily operations! **Benefits** * Internship stipend * Meal allowance * Birthday day off * Life insurance Interested in this position?
