Lead squads and actively develop We are hiring a Tech Lead **100% on-site** **Contract Model:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **Compensation:** Monthly salary range between R$ 8,000 ~ R$ 12,000.00 + Annual performance-based bonus Mamba Digital is looking for a **Tech Lead** to join our technology and innovation team. Currently, we serve hundreds of companies selling on marketplaces such as **Mercado Livre, Amazon, and Shopee**. Our work goes far beyond performance: we build internal and external solutions to optimize time and generate business value. Therefore, we seek someone capable of leading people, thinking strategically, and adapting to sudden changes in the marketplace industry. **The Tech Lead Role at Mamba** You will be the technical reference for your squad, ensuring delivery of scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions. Your role includes managing development teams and designing secure architectures, while maintaining a hands-on approach to accelerate development and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Squad Leadership:** Act as the direct interface with business areas, translating requirements into technical solutions. * **Delivery Management:** Consolidate the status of the development pipeline and present metrics to stakeholders. * **Technical Refinement:** Lead the breakdown of requirements into tasks, prioritizing the backlog based on business value versus technical effort. * **Architecture and Quality:** Ensure scalable microservice-based solutions, applying Clean Code, Design Patterns, and rigorous code reviews. * **Blocker Removal:** Identify and resolve technical or process impediments affecting team productivity. * **Active Development:** Directly contribute to critical feature code and solution deployment (Deploy). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Industry Experience:** Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a developer * **Programming Languages:** Solid experience with **GoLang**, **Node.js (TypeScript)**, and **React** * **Architecture:** Advanced knowledge of Microservices (decoupling, messaging, REST/gRPC APIs) * **Data:** Experience managing **Vector Databases** (essential for AI and advanced search solutions) * **Infrastructure:** Proficiency in **AWS**, including deployment and management of cloud instances and services * **Security:** Implementation of authentication/authorization, input sanitization, and protection against vulnerabilities (**OWASP Top 10**) * **Observability:** Application monitoring and distributed tracing **DevOps & Agile Culture:** * **Version Control:** Proficiency in Git and workflows (GitFlow or Trunk-based) * **DevSecOps:** Familiarity with integrating security into CI/CD pipelines * **Containers:** Experience with **Docker** and orchestration * **Methodologies:** Practical experience in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (preferably **Jira**) **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience in the **Marketplace** or E-commerce ecosystem * Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** * Experience integrating APIs from major platforms (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee)
