We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion of all individuals, regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance services on rolling stock systems, ensuring intervention quality and adherence to maintenance plan deadlines. * Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions, conducting in-depth analyses of systems and components. * Operate cargo handling equipment and machine tools, ensuring correct usage and safety during activities. * Supervise and guide entry-level professionals (technicians/apprentices), supporting the team’s technical development. * Actively contribute to achieving departmental goals by suggesting improvements to maintenance processes and asset reliability. * Conduct inspections, tests, measurements, lubrications, adjustments, and re-tightenings independently, ensuring full system functionality. * Carry out component replacement and adjustments, as well as validate service quality. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and preservation of tools, equipment, and the work environment. * Complete technical reports and maintenance records, ensuring traceability of interventions. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, adopting a proactive approach. * Perform other duties compatible with the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek in you:** Completed Technical Course (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields); Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts; Experience with rolling stock; **It’s a plus if you have:** Proven experience in rolling stock maintenance; Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams; Experience with failure analysis and predictive maintenance; Organizational skills and sense of priority; Proactivity and autonomy in task execution; Commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines; Interest in continuous technical development. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states**, moving thousands of people daily through comprehensive, socially impactful mobility solutions.
