Job Summary: Professional responsible for defining, implementing, and managing software testing processes and metrics, planning and executing tests in collaboration with development teams. Key Highlights: 1. Define and implement software testing processes and metrics. 2. Strong collaboration with DEV and analyst teams. 3. Identify opportunities for test automation. Define and implement the software testing process and metrics. Define the test plan, including applicable prerequisites, test cases and scripts, execute, monitor, and report test results, collaborating with DEV and analyst teams for applicable fixes. Plan testing efforts across the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities for test automation, evaluating applicable tools when necessary. Understand and specialize in involved business processes to ensure definitions align with business expectations. Maintain strong interaction with internal or external analyst and developer teams to design the test plan according to applicable specifications. Keep documentation up to date as defined in the process. Follow related procedures and contribute to their improvement where applicable. **Requirements:** Experience in testing processes; Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce environments; Knowledge of software testing tools and suites, including test automation tools; Hybrid profile: technical (test script development) and functional (business process understanding).
