Work in hospital environments, including critical areas Building Technician – Healthcare Sector Provide technical support for construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure adaptation activities in hospital settings, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and healthcare-specific criteria. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and inspect building construction, renovation, and maintenance works in hospital units * Develop, interpret, and update project documents, floor plans, sketches, and layouts * Conduct measurements, technical surveys, and material control * Support planning and scheduling of construction and service activities * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT), occupational safety regulations, and best practices * Assist in managing contracts with suppliers and service providers * Monitor work in critical areas (ICU, operating rooms, wards, etc.), adhering to hospital protocols * Prepare technical reports and monitoring records * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and maintenance teams **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction * Active professional council registration (where applicable) * Experience in construction, renovation, or building maintenance * Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings * Basic knowledge of technical standards and occupational safety * Prior experience in hospital or healthcare environments is desirable **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of healthcare and sanitary regulations (e.g., ANVISA, RDCs) * Experience in construction projects within critical environments * Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.725,97 \- R$3\.993,88 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
