This professional possesses advanced technical expertise and the ability to lead critical projects for the company. **What you’ll do:** * Develop and maintain robust software systems. * Collaborate with development teams to create innovative solutions. * Analyze and resolve complex software issues. * Implement agile development practices and ensure code quality. * Participate in code reviews and support continuous integration. * Supervise and coordinate software development projects. * Document and communicate technical-scientific processes. **What you need:** * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), C++ or .NET Core * Experience with agile development frameworks. * In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. * Advanced ability to solve complex problems. * Experience with code versioning tools such as Git. * Advanced/Fluent English; **What would be great to have (Preferred):** * Participation in Design System implementation alongside Squads. * Experience with microservices architecture. * Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices. * Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure. * Knowledge of application design patterns (Hexagonal, Clean Architecture, etc.). * Leadership skills * Clear and concise communication * People development capabilities **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
