Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for computer program development, testing, and maintenance, based on requirement gathering and analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Computer program development, testing, and maintenance 2. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS 3. Knowledge of React, React Native, Angular, or Vue Orbital Remote Sensing (satellite imagery) and its processing; Aerial Photogrammetry and Laser Scanning (LiDAR); Multi-purpose Technical Registration (urban and rural); Thematic Mapping (land use and occupation, among others); Surveying and Geodesy; Geographic Information Systems (supply, development, and support); Training. We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for computer program development, testing, and maintenance, using requirement specifications and analyses conducted by systems analysts as supporting references. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; Intermediate English proficiency; Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails; Intermediate knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; Intermediate knowledge of frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Vue; Advanced knowledge of React or React Native; Knowledge of configuration and usage of GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server; Familiarity with APIs for communication with GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server; Experience with georeferenced databases, especially PostGIS; Experience with OpenLayers or Leaflet libraries. Professional profile: proactive, helpful, and eager to continuously acquire new knowledge.
