Evaluate and identify technological solutions to optimize the business We are seeking a professional to coordinate the execution of strategic projects focused on Digital Channels, ensuring deliveries requested by internal clients are delivered with quality, within the estimated time and cost. Manage people, providing them with constant feedback to ensure improved performance and career growth. Promote and participate in project status meetings with Management and Executive Leadership for projects under the responsibility of their team members. Take ownership of team results and promote action plans to resolve impediments.
