Job Summary: We are seeking our first QA engineer for a strong development team, responsible for elevating software quality and implementing QA processes in a dynamic startup environment. Work in a dynamic startup environment with rapid deliveries We are growing rapidly and have already assembled a strong development team (Backend .NET, Frontend, and Mobile React). Now, we are looking for our first QA professional — someone who will take ownership of software quality and help raise the bar across the entire company. Your Responsibilities: Be the team's first QA engineer, bringing experience and best practices from previous companies. • Define and implement QA processes, tools, and standards suitable for a startup environment. • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure deliveries meet both quality and speed requirements. • Our clients frequently request changes that must be delivered the same day or within a few days. Therefore, balancing rigor and adaptability is essential: we seek someone capable of performing effective testing in a dynamic environment without compromising quality. • Conduct both manual and automated tests (where appropriate), helping to build a sustainable quality foundation for the long term. Requirements: * Mid-to-senior level experience in QA / Software Testing. • Experience in startups or fast-growing environments. • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and ability to apply them practically. • Hands-on profile: beyond defining processes, you also execute them. • Preferred: experience in payment solutions / fintech.
