We want to meet you!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** * Ensure accurate understanding and translation of business needs into clear, well-structured requirements. * Elicit, analyze, detail, and document functional and business requirements, ensuring alignment with solution objectives and product strategy. * Map business processes, operational workflows, and business rules—proposing improvements and solutions aligned with client context and platform capabilities. * Support the delivery lifecycle—from conception through functional validation—assisting in testing and user acceptance activities. * Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency of information. * Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of proposed changes, contributing to more informed decision-making. * Work autonomously on complex initiatives, supporting continuous process and documentation improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** Requirements: * Experience as a Business Analyst. * Solid experience eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements. * Critical analytical skills, process-oriented mindset, and systemic thinking. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in software development environments, preferably using agile or hybrid methodologies. * Experience in regulated projects or those involving complex business rules. * Autonomy, organization, and strong ability to quickly learn domain-specific contexts. * Knowledge of system integrations, batch processes, and transactional workflows.
