Design, optimize, and maintain data structures and advanced SQL queries, ensuring high performance and reliability. Work on Full Stack development, proposing and implementing improvements to systems and applications focused on the data domain. Develop Python-based solutions for automation, data manipulation, and advanced data analysis. Create and enhance strategic dashboards and business KPIs using tools such as Power BI, supporting executive decision-making. Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities. Work with large-scale data (Big Data), ensuring data governance, quality, and consistency. Automate operational processes and workflows using Power Automate and Office suite tools to improve efficiency. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, acting consultatively with client departments. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly, structurally, and strategically to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support defining best practices, standards, and data architecture within the organization. Work autonomously to prioritize tasks, resolve complex problems, and make technical decisions. Collaborate in developing other team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and data domain trends. **Expected Experience and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ **We seek a professional with solid experience in Telecommunications and who possesses:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Proven experience in Data Analysis or similar roles. Proficiency in data analysis tools, ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading), and SQL. Full Stack development Programming language knowledge such as Python for data manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Ability to work with large datasets and perform exploratory analysis. Office Suite + Power Automate knowledge Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
