Staying up-to-date with e-commerce innovations and best practices We seek a Solution Specialist to work on the technical and consultative front of e\-commerce implementation and operational optimization, focusing on ensuring the best solution architecture for our clients. This person will be responsible for translating business needs into efficient technical configurations, supporting clients and internal teams with strategic guidance, and ensuring delivery quality throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide consultative technical support to clients, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate e\-commerce solution architectures. Configure, test, and validate features, integrations, and operational workflows on the platform, ensuring stability and efficiency in deliveries. Train and enable clients in using the e\-commerce platform, promoting autonomy and optimal utilization of features. Support internal teams (Support, Product Owners, and Squads) with technical and operational guidance related to configuration and integrations. Manage technical tickets with partner platforms, tracking resolution and ensuring timely client follow-up. Stay up\-to\-date with platform updates and best practices in e\-commerce architecture, integration, and operations. **Requirements and Skills:** Proven hands-on experience with VTEX architectures. Familiarity with programming languages, APIs, web services, and integration between digital systems. Experience using Postman for integration testing and validation. English proficiency for technical reading, including the ability to interpret platform and API documentation. Knowledge of technical documentation writing, requirements analysis, and functional flowchart creation. WHAT WE OFFER?
