Our squad in Aparecida de Goiânia \- GO is looking for a developer to work on the UAU ERP system — a management solution tailored to the Construction Industry. We seek someone with strong logical reasoning, ability to collaborate effectively in teams, and a simple, objective mindset to build solutions in an agile environment — one rich in business rules and challenges requiring quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This person will be part of an agile squad, directly contributing to continuous improvements, bug fixes, and development of new product features. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** Participate in agile squad ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and reviews; Maintain and evolve the legacy VB6 system; Use Visual Studio and code versioning tools daily, performing merges, conflict resolution, check\-in, and checkout; Support adoption of best practices in versioning, testing, and technical documentation; Collaborate with the team to build simple, functional, and business-aligned solutions. **Requirements:** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Experience with Microsoft technologies, including C\# , VB.NET, and .NET Core; Knowledge of SQL Server; Experience with development processes using Azure DevOps and code management tools such as GitHub; Enjoy working in teams, sharing knowledge, and contributing to product evolution. **WHAT MAY STRENGTHEN YOUR APPLICATION:** Experience with the UAU ERP system; Experience with systems having more robust business rules; Interest in participating in technological modernization and product evolution.
