Work in contexts of high ambiguity and constant change. **DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Amazon Logistics team is seeking an On the Road Manager to join the AMZL Brazil team at our Delivery Station in Aparecida de Goiânia. As an On the Road Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing last-mile operations, ensuring operational excellence across all stages of the delivery process. Your role will involve managing loading operations and delivery performance alongside the Operations team and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). You will be part of a highly collaborative, dynamic, and innovative environment where ideas are valued and experimentation is encouraged. Key job responsibilities * Supervise the preparation and execution of the loading process, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and managing exceptions to minimize delays * Coordinate the loading process for Flex and Hub operations * Conduct previous-day review analysis, leading calls with operational teams and developing action plans for continuous improvement * Perform Gemba walks at loadout and on-road monitoring to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions * Optimize and manage On the Road operational performance metrics * Monitor and improve On the Road quality metrics * Manage and reduce delivery failures, including RTS (Return to Station), BC (Business Closed), UTA (Unable to Access), and UTL (Unable to Locate) * Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions to other Operations departments as needed **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field * Experience in operations management * Experience in people management * Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel to manipulate and analyze data * Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience in e-commerce * Experience in project or program management * Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
