Service Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a strategic professional with strong leadership skills, systemic vision, and commercial expertise to manage the tactical operations within the Vehicle Protection segment, aligning teams, processes, marketing, and performance. ⸻ Key responsibilities: \* Lead internal, external, and PJ (individual contractor) teams; \* Manage performance, productivity, commercial prospecting, and business development; \* Ensure standards of customer service, commercial approach, and execution; \* Master CRM systems, commercial platforms, and active process management; \* Plan and monitor external activities, campaigns, and expansion strategies; \* Monitor KPIs, targets, conversion rates, and key indicators; \* Track digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts; \* Integrate sales, marketing, registration, after-sales, and finance departments; \* Identify quick improvements in processes, systems, and performance. ⸻ Requirements: \* Completed bachelor's degree in management-related fields; \* Experience in commercial leadership and people management; \* Proficiency in CRM systems, commercial platforms, and performance metrics; \* Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution; \* Experience in external activities and commercial planning; \* Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. ⸻ Advantages: \* Experience in the Vehicle Protection segment; \* Experience supervising service sales; \* Knowledge of AI applications in management; \* Hands-on experience with paid traffic and high-performance commercial operations. ⸻ Compensation: \* Base salary: R$ 5\.000,00 \* Meal allowance: R$ 800,00 \* Transportation allowance: average R$ 400,00 \* Progressive commission: up to R$ 2\.500,00 ⸻ Work schedule: \* Monday to Saturday ⸻ Ideal profile: Tactical leadership focused on commercial management, team supervision, CRM, marketing, prospecting, and expansion—preferably with experience in Vehicle Protection and service sales.
