Great Place to Work company experiencing accelerated growth **What We’re Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Generate and provide information by preparing reports and monitoring commercial KPIs, goal dashboards, and forecasts; Actively participate in meetings with the commercial team; Analyze competitors’ strategies and activities, and assist in developing sales forecasts and market trend reports, thereby supporting management decision-making; Support the updating and refinement of commercial methodologies for the market and its various stakeholders, based on the company’s business intelligence; Provide support and assistance for other sales-related activities and customer interactions, such as phone calls or email correspondence; Support the development of medium-complexity proposal strategies; Analyze business results based on implemented initiatives; Consolidate metrics, optimize information and reporting, and analyze opportunities for improvement across various services and initiatives; Deliver recurring operational and strategic presentations; Support budget preparation and assist the sales team in clarifying questions regarding services; Serve as the technical reference for the commercial team. **Requirements:** Clear and assertive communication skills, with ability to bridge technical and business areas; Proactivity and self-management, with a focus on problem resolution; Gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements; Creation of use cases and user stories; Preparation of technical and functional documentation (specifications, workflows, diagrams); Data modeling and SQL queries (MS SQL Server / IBM DB2\); UI prototyping (wireframes or prototypes, using any tool); Qualitative and quantitative data analysis; Knowledge of the software development lifecycle; Systemic thinking: ability to map impacts and dependencies among systems; Definition of acceptance criteria and support for the validation process; Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Experience with project and demand management tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** Figma for prototyping; Jira (Kanban/Scrum board management); Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar); Enterprise Architect; Familiarity with system integration: REST APIs, message queues, webhooks; Knowledge of layered architecture and back\-end/front\-end development (Java, Angular); Experience in medium-to-large corporate environments. **Work Location:** This is an Anywhere Office position — you will work 100% remotely. **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to engage with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas forward, and work from anywhere in Brazil — and why not, the world.
