If you fit this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Support legacy and customized systems, ensuring operational stability and continuity; * Perform analysis, investigation, and resolution of incidents, rapidly identifying root causes; * Develop improvements, fixes, and evolutionary adjustments to existing systems; * Support implementation, validation, and acceptance testing processes; * Create and maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation; * Work in a high-demand environment, ensuring quality and agility in deliveries. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience in systems analysis combined with software development; * Hands-on experience with development technologies aligned with the role’s stack: .NET / C\# or Java \+ React; * Experience with SQL Server databases, including query writing, stored procedures, and basic tuning; * Knowledge of REST API integrations and services; * Experience with version control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps; * Prior experience supporting legacy and/or customized systems; * Strong analytical capability for rapid problem diagnosis and resolution; * Experience in support environments handling multiple simultaneous requests. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Basic understanding of system architecture; * Experience supporting applications in addition to development projects; * Exposure to critical and operational systems; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with agile methodologies.
