We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our technology team, assigned to one of our major clients. Join Onset! **Responsibilities and Duties** In this position, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Your main responsibilities include: * Project Management: Lead implementations of highly complex systems, managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks. * Analysis and Architecture: Design flowcharts, system architectures, and data models, ensuring technical and financial feasibility. * Integrations: Directly work with APIs and integrations between in-house and third-party systems/ERPs. * Global Collaboration: Frequently interact with global teams, vendors, and clients for requirements gathering and support of web and cloud (SaaS) platforms. * Continuous Improvement: Identify risks and propose new technologies and methodologies to optimize IT governance and customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields. * Solid experience in development, APIs, and system integrations. * Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data modeling. * Knowledge of system architecture design, ITIL, and IT Governance. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Advanced English (mandatory for global interaction) and intermediate Spanish. * Negotiation skills, systemic vision, and excellent communication with diverse audiences. **Additional Information** Work Model: Hybrid (once per week onsite at Berrini region, São Paulo).
