Responsibilities Develop integrations among systems, APIs, and digital platforms Create, maintain, and optimize backend endpoints Design databases, business rules, and information flows Work with webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and automation Support the development of internal platforms and digital products Fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure system stability Collaborate with product and customer support teams on technical requirements Requirements Experience in backend development and integrations Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and databases Proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Node.js, PHP, or Python Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organizational ability to manage concurrent technical tasks Commitment to code quality, security, and maintainability Preferred Qualifications Experience with WhatsApp API, Meta, NotificaMeHub, or omnichannel platforms Knowledge of SaaS architecture Experience with Docker, servers, message queues, and asynchronous processing Basic frontend knowledge to support integrations when needed Experience with administrative systems, CRM, or dashboards What We’re Looking For Someone with both technical insight and practical experience to translate business needs into functional solutions.
