Research and evaluate systems and technologies for the company Develop computerized applications by designing, implementing, and maintaining systems in accordance with appropriate methodologies and techniques, aiming to meet established objectives regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate system and application development projects, selecting work teams, preparing activity and financial schedules, managing internal and external resources, delegating tasks, monitoring project execution, evaluating the quality of developed systems and applications, and validating final deliverables with clients; * Analyze and assess the feasibility of developing information systems, using appropriate methodologies and procedures for implementation, aiming to rationalize and/or automate workflows and routines across various departments of the company; * Design information flow diagrams and inventory software and hardware, identifying all tools required for project development; * Monitor system implementation, distribute application software, and verify its performance to stabilize production routines and optimize the use of available resources; * Administer computerized environments, providing Level 2 technical support and preparing technical documentation; * Establish standards, coordinate projects, and provide solutions for computerized environments while researching IT technologies; * Conduct audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and security procedures; * Research and evaluate market-available systems and their applicability to the company, analyzing the cost/benefit ratio of their acquisition; * Participate in data gathering and definition of methods and resources necessary for system implementation and/or modification of existing systems; * Prepare studies on the creation and/or modification of methodologies and procedures required for system development; * Research and select new market-available tools to enhance development work and meet end-user system requirements; * Study, research, estimate costs and needs, develop and improve projects, promoting optimal resource utilization and facilitating access for departments requiring them; * Analyze and evaluate manual systems, proposing new work methods or automation to implement and optimize the use of available human and material resources; * Design, specify, develop, supervise, and review data models to implement and maintain related systems; * Support specification, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance activities for teleprocessing and data communication software within the automated communication environment linking units; * Propose and disseminate implemented or modified techniques and resources, providing guidance, training, and resolving queries to improve functionality and optimize resource utilization; * Prepare technical and economic feasibility studies as well as technical specifications, verifying project viability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Administration, Systems Analysis, or Computer Science; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** WORK LOCATION: VILA MARIANA, 100% IN-PERSON SCHEDULE The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility at its headquarters, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
