If you possess knowledge of the dynamics and particularities of the Retail, POS (Point of Sale), and Food Service sectors, **now is your time to shine**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Incident handling and ticket registration: Use Jira to receive, categorize, and document customer requests; perform initial triage and escalate more complex cases. * Remote support: Provide secure remote assistance for customer system access, ensuring environment integrity. * Customer service and education: Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously, delivering accessible explanations and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records and contribute to the team’s knowledge base. **Requirements and Qualifications** * ERP Systems: Experience in implementation, support, and configuration (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Oracle ERP) * Modules: Finance, Tax, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Billing * Requirements gathering and analysis with business areas * Databases: SQL (queries, view creation, basic stored procedures) * System integration (APIs, Web Services, XML/JSON files) * BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel) * Version control and change management * Technical and functional documentation * User support and training * Basic programming language knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or ADVPL—depending on the ERP) * Operating systems: Windows and Linux (basic/intermediate) **Important Position Details:** * Work schedule: 5x2 (works weekends and takes weekdays off); * Availability for 100% on-site work in Osasco \- São Paulo; * **Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM** **Additional Information** **Benefits: Caring for you and your growth** **Meal allowance**: R$704 per month; **Life insurance**: fully covered by the company; **Health insurance**: 70% covered by the company based on employee age; for dependents under the Health Plan, 100% of the cost is borne by the employee, according to age. **Dental insurance**: fully covered by the company. **Transportation voucher (VT)** as needed (deduction up to 6% of salary); **Birthday gift card** (freely usable balance). **Join a team that values your talent and potential in every way!** Come transform the restaurant customer service experience across Brazil with us.
