Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and innovative SRE for one of our products, focused on continuous improvement and collaboration to accelerate digital transformation. Key Highlights: 1. As the pioneer in implementing digital processes nationwide, Softplan Public Sector develops solutions that enhance agility, transparency, and efficiency in citizen-facing services. These technologies accelerate digital transformation, meeting diverse government needs at all levels. We are looking for an **SRE** with a strategic mindset and a strong orientation toward innovation for one of our products. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively articulate your position across various situations and discussions related to product evolution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support identifying opportunities to improve and evolve infrastructure, contributing technical suggestions. * Implement and maintain automations to reduce repetitive operational tasks. * Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for provisioning and maintaining environments. * Collaborate with development teams to meet requirements for performance, resilience, and scalability. * Participate in incident analysis and collaborate on blameless postmortems. * Promote best practices in reliability and operations across teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Practical experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, Crossplane, Pulumi, or similar. * Knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based environments. * Experience operating cloud environments and concepts of high availability. * Proficiency in at least one automation or scripting language, such as Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell. * Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog, or similar. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions. * Understanding of SLI/SLO concepts and basic post-mortem practices. **You’ll stand out if you have** -------------------------------- * Knowledge of Platform Engineering. * Familiarity with languages and frameworks such as C\#, Java, or React to facilitate collaboration with development teams. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Anywhere Office \- 100% remote **Benefits:** * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Health and dental insurance; * Home office allowance; * Profit Sharing Program; * Setup Kit voucher; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness promotion program; Partnerships and discounts. * One of our core pillars is valuing people, and we proudly state that we are a company committed to diversity and inclusion.
