Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform manual and automated testing, report bugs, resolve issues, and lead QA teams, with a focus on agile practices. Key Highlights: 1. Company awarded as one of the best places to work in Brazil **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results; Evaluate product code against specifications; Create logs to document test phases and defects; Report bugs and errors to development teams; Assist in problem resolution; Supervise activities of other project team members; Perform post-release / post-implementation testing. **Requirements:** Engage in quality assurance strategy and define testing processes and best practices; Analyze user requirements and technical documents to develop comprehensive test cases; Design, implement, and monitor unit, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance tests; Automate test cases using Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, or other frameworks; Set up test environments and execute manual tests when necessary; Identify quality risks and define mitigation plans with development teams; Create dashboards and quality metric reports to track defects and coverage; Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to prevent recurring issues; Understand agile quality practices such as exploratory testing and test-driven development; Experience leading and managing QA teams; Strong knowledge of agile, Lean, and DevOps practices. **Work Location: Remote** **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
