Company awarded as one of the best places to work (GPTW) **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Functional testing execution: Plan, execute, and document manual tests to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements. * Test scenario definition and development: Create and maintain detailed test scripts, including exploratory and regression testing. * Defect identification and reporting: Log, document, and prioritize defects, collaborating with developers and analysts to resolve them. * Integration and regression testing: Ensure new implementations do not impact existing functionalities. * Test automation (specific profile): Develop automated test scripts and scenarios using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Cypress. * User experience validation: Conduct usability testing across various devices and browsers. * Performance and load testing (specific profile): Evaluate system scalability by verifying response time and stability under high traffic volumes. * Compliance assurance (specific profile): Ensure systems adhere to required standards and regulations (LGPD, information security). Collaboration with the development team: Work closely with developers, analysts, and product owners, providing continuous feedback. **Requirements:** Functional, integration, acceptance, usability, performance, and security testing * Test automation tools: Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG * Test management tools: Jira, TestRail, Zephyr * CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI * Software version control and GitFlow * Requirements analysis * Test case creation * Manual test execution * Test documentation * Bug and defect reporting * Monitoring and logging tools: Splunk, ELK Stack * API testing knowledge: Postman, SoapUI * Database testing knowledge: SQL * Compatibility testing knowledge: browsers, devices * Load and stress testing knowledge: JMeter, LoadRunner, Perform activities related to evolutionary and corrective demands; * User support for incident tickets.
