Expertise in Product Discovery, Lean Inception, and OKR definition, ensuring alignment among product vision, strategic objectives, and high-impact deliveries. Strong analytical capability to understand business area requirements, translating needs into clear, concise, and prioritized User Stories, with roadmap definition and value-oriented backlog organization. Proactive leadership in conducting key agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily, review, and retrospective), fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery predictability. Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including knowledge of billing and finance processes, capable of acting as the liaison between business areas, technology, and vendors in the evolution of enterprise systems and products.
