We promote and enable risk control and capital allocation through robust practices and by certifying the existence, execution, and effectiveness of controls that ensure acceptable risk levels across the Organization’s processes—done independently, consistently, transparently, and integrally. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will work within Financial Risk Management, with the following main responsibilities: * Develop Interest Rate Risk metrics; * Participate in the system implementation approval process conducted by the area; * Document and review metrics, as well as procedures and methodologies used; * Prepare and analyze reports issued by the area; * Analyze regulatory requirements and conduct Interest Rate Risk studies/simulations; * Participate in Working Groups on financial risk-related topics. * **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Physics, or related fields; * Knowledge of banking products (loans and deposits), public securities, private securities, derivatives, and other treasury products; * Advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python, SQL, VBA, SAS, etc.); * Intermediate English proficiency.
