Responsible for guiding the visitor journey with engaging experiences Visit Monitor – Bilingual We are building a Talent Pool for future opportunities in the Visit Monitor position. We are looking for people who want to be the voice behind memorable experiences. Professionals who enjoy communicating, presenting to the public, connecting with different profiles, and paying attention to every detail to turn visits into unique moments. THE ROLE As a Visit Monitor, you will be responsible for guiding the visitor journey, from the first contact to the final thank\-you smile, ensuring an engaging, organized experience aligned with the project and client objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for communicative, curious individuals who enjoy continuous learning. Interest in the automotive industry is a plus. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct guided tours, ensuring a welcoming, safe experience aligned with client standards; Guide visitors on safety rules, PPE usage, routes, and procedures; Manage scheduling via hotsite, email, and WhatsApp; Perform pre\- and post\-visit activities (organizing materials, kits, spaces, and satisfaction surveys); Control giveaways and institutional materials; Maintain relationships with internal client areas; Ensure visitation areas are well maintained through inspections and checklists; Update spreadsheets, controls, and operational calendars; Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development programs; Support supplier communication; Contribute with continuous improvement suggestions; Support the operations coordinator and provide coverage during absences when needed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Higher education (completed or in progress) in Social Communication, Public Relations, Tourism, Languages, or related fields; Experience with customer service, reception, or group facilitation; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; Fluent English; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Valid Category B driver’s license (required); Availability to travel to Itupeva. NICE TO HAVE Experience with corporate reception or events; Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
