Job Summary: Fipt is seeking an AI specialist to develop and optimize AI models for Industry 4.0 and collaborate on the implementation of a high-performance computing cluster. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous research and development in artificial intelligence **Summary:** Fipt is looking for an artificial intelligence specialist focused on applications for Industry 4\.0\. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI models, as well as actively participating in the structuring and implementation of a high-performance computing cluster dedicated to artificial intelligence applications for the Applied Research Center in Artificial Intelligence (IAsmin Platform) at IPT. **Job Responsibilities:** The selected professional will perform the following activities: Prototype and train machine learning and deep learning models for various applications; Evaluate performance and conduct fine\-tuning of models to maximize efficiency and accuracy; Automate model training, validation, and deployment processes; Assist in designing and deploying an AI-focused high-performance computing (HPC) cluster, including GPU configuration and resource optimization; Collaborate on infrastructure management to ensure scalability, security, and availability of computational resources; Work closely with data teams, software engineers, hardware specialists, and other technical areas to define requirements and solutions; Conduct continuous research and development to enhance the artificial intelligence capabilities of the solutions to be developed. **Position Requirements:** **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or related disciplines. **Knowledge and Skills:** Solid experience in developing artificial intelligence algorithms; Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C\+\+ or Java; Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch; Experience with Python and scientific libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit\-learn, etc.); Familiarity with RAG and GraphRAG techniques; Basic understanding of code versioning (Git) and best practices for collaborative development; Familiarity with Linux environments. **Desirable Qualifications:** **Knowledge and Skills:** High-performance computing environments; Knowledge of MLOps and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, or Airflow). **Experience:** Practical experience in real-world projects implementing artificial intelligence algorithms; Experience working in AI solution development teams; Experience optimizing data pipelines and operating in environments with large volumes of data. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Transportation Allowance; On-site Meal Voucher; Food Allowance; Pharmacy Partnership; Life Insurance; Sesc; CEPEUSP; Gympass. **Salary Range:** R$ 9\.000,00 to R$ 9\.500,00
