Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, document, and optimize prompts and conversational flows for chatbots and AI assistants, integrating Python scripts and collaborating with teams to enhance communication. Work with Python, REST APIs, and Machine Learning Description: * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or related fields. * Intermediate or solid experience with prompts, chatbots, or conversational automations (Blip, Dialogflow, Twilio, Zenvia, etc.). * Solid knowledge of Python, including consuming REST APIs, data manipulation, and basic automations. * Practical experience with generative language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) and Prompt Engineering principles (zero\-shot, few\-shot, chain\-of\-thought, etc.). * Familiarity with Machine Learning and LLM concepts (tokens, embeddings, context, temperature, etc.). * Ability to design clear, structured, and contextually consistent prompts. * Knowledge of Git, Postman, and agile methodologies. * Strong communication skills, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.
