We help professionals reinvent how they work — our team of experts brings together information, innovation, and insight to unravel complex situations across Tax, International Trade, Accounting, and Legal markets, supporting our clients in making informed decisions. **About the Role** In this role as a Senior Prime Support Consultant, you will: * Collect, analyze, and synthesize requirement data, ensuring customer/stakeholder needs are met by translating business requirements into system solutions; * Conduct bug analysis, prioritization, and documentation to resolve system issues; * Maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal and external customers; * Perform general acceptance testing; * Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement processes; * Support the functional and technical development of the team; * Collaborate with our clients’ project teams. **About You** For this position, we seek professionals with the following Skills & Experience: * Practical experience with PL/SQL. * Understanding of Import (International Trade) workflows.
