Job Summary: A professional to act as an integration bridge between agile teams and the business area, supporting the Product Owner and ensuring compliance with methodologies and policies. System documentation development and maintenance **Profile** A professional who integrates agile teams and the business area, supporting the Product Owner in their activities according to the Project Management Methodology (PMM), Systems Development Methodology (SDM), reference architecture, and CAPES security policies. **Responsibilities** * Support the PO in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria; * Create and maintain system documentation, oriented toward prototypes and storyboards; * Provide support to the managing area by answering questions and devising workarounds; * Understand and map the current state of work and business processes, analyze and prioritize process improvements, design new processes, monitor work process performance, and plan and assist in implementing new work processes; * Identify new requirements and propose new ICT services; * Consolidate technical group work results; * Specify test scenarios and perform functional testing; * Identify new requirements and propose new ICT services; * Consolidate technical group work results; * Mentor junior and mid-level PO Support Analysts; * Support data migrations; * Perform functional measurement of systems; * Evaluate tools, develop guides, and create templates whenever required within the scope of the service delivered. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in a higher education program recognized by the MEC. * At least two of the following certifications: Scrum Master Certification; Product Owner Certification; Kanban Certification; Scaled Agile Certification; Project Management Professional (PMP); PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI\-ACP); Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP); Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA); Certified Business Process Leader (CBPL); Certified Scrum Developer (CSD); Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL); Brazilian Software Testing Certification (CTBS); Function Point Certification (Certified Function Point Specialist – CPFS); Agile Tester Certification (CTFL\-AT); Postgraduate degree (MBA, specialization, master’s, or doctoral program) in Information Technology, with a minimum duration of 360 hours, recognized by the MEC. **Professional Experience** * Five years of experience in the activities specified for this position. **Expected Skills** * Assertive communication, negotiation skills, proactivity, conflict management ability, continuous learning. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * REST and SOAP service interfaces, as well as tool configuration. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Dental Plan, Health Insurance, TotalPass, Subsidy ### **Department:** Government
