




Description: Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources or related fields. Specific Knowledge: * Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) at intermediate/advanced level; * Labor, social security legislation and e-Social; * Handling inspections and audits; * Mathematical and statistical calculations applied to payroll area. Execute and verify payroll processing (monthly payroll, advances, 13th salary, vacations and related charges) through RM system. Ensure accuracy of calculations, taxes, contributions and ancillary obligations (e-Social, INSS, FGTS etc.). Perform integration of banking files and accounting batches, ensuring correct payments and accounting entries. Issue and organize documents for audits, inspections and labor proceedings, representing the company when necessary. Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation, ensuring compliance and proper system configuration. Support leadership in internal policies and in the preparation of reports and area indicators. Provide high-quality service to employees and client departments.
