Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop and implement operational plans for less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation, considering delivery deadlines, cargo capacity, most efficient routes, and associated costs; * Monitor freight flow to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal resource utilization; * Conduct analyses and evaluations of existing operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Track and analyze operational performance indicators, proposing corrective actions and implementing continuous improvements to optimize productivity and service quality. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Microsoft Power BI), Data Science, programming languages (Python), Machine Learning, time-series analysis, and other operational management technologies; * Knowledge of Data Science and Analytics is desirable; * Technical knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS); * In-depth professional knowledge of operational and logistical processes, from freight pickup to final delivery to recipients; * Advanced analytical skills to collect, interpret, and analyze operational data, identifying patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity; * Strong planning and organizational abilities to meet established deadlines and goals; * Effective communication: strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely; * Strategic thinking: ability to develop operational planning strategies aligned with organizational objectives; * Teamwork: ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, promoting integration, communication, and information sharing. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
