We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This professional will be responsible for managing client-embedded teams, delivering consulting services and assessments, designing processes, configuring tools, and enhancing IAM topics globally, while collaborating with other governance and cybersecurity teams. The professional will work closely with other areas, including commercial, security, infrastructure, systems, and business teams, evaluating necessary improvements and implementations to ensure the effectiveness of the IAM Program. **Job Description** Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic privilege reviews; Administer and implement IAM-related tools, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with security requirements; Create, review, and optimize rules, profiles, groups, and access policies, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege and SoD (Segregation of Duties) for on-premises and cloud environments; Define strategies for integrating systems and applications with IAM platforms; Collaborate with other teams to map access processes, identify risks, and recommend implementation or automation of controls; Support internal teams in understanding identity and access management practices and related security requirements; Develop technical proposals for clients; Support audit processes. **Qualifications** Minimum 5 years of direct experience in IAM-related topics; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Information Security; Advanced knowledge of AD/Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, SSO, MFA, PAM, SoD, RBAC, principle of least privilege, and access reviews; Administration experience or involvement in IDM/IGA tool implementation projects; Knowledge of information security standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, etc). **Additional Information** **Desired Requirements:** * Vendor certifications for IAM/PAM solutions, e.g., SailPoint, Okta, RSA, OPENTEXT, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Senha Segura, BeyondTrust, etc. **Differentiators** * Knowledge of OpenText IGA * Knowledge of SailPoint IGA * Advanced English
